Our Office Clearance Process

Our clearance team need help from you to speed up arrival of your quote –

  1. The Office Chair Man Clearance Team will ask where possible for a list reflecting the volume of products available.
  2. Where there are quantities of matching products. We will ask you initially to send an image either by email or SMS of each product. For example operator chairs, desks, storage cupboards, conference tables, conference chairs, and reception desks, to determine if it meets our customers criteria.
  3. Where there is a quantity of good quality matching furniture, we are happy to visit your premises to help create an inventory.
  4. We are especially interested in used office chairs & used office pods and booths.
  5. Where there is a quantity but mixed quality and small numbers of matching products. We are again happy to visit your premises and help with the inventory, but this would normally lead to a clearance cost rather than a net offer for the furniture.
  6. We then determine the “in-warehouse value” of any re-marketable product.
  7. We then use our expertise to calculate the cost of removal.
  8. The Environmentally focussed team then calculates the cost of disposal of any product not re-marketable.
  9. Finally, we arrive at a figure, reflecting either a net offer or net clearance cost to the client for consideration.
